Journal of Biological Interdisciplinary Research (JBIR) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal that publishes original research and scholarly articles across the broad spectrum of biological sciences and their intersections with related disciplines. The journal welcomes contributions that explore innovative and integrative approaches in areas such as molecular biology, microbiology, biotechnology, genetics, biochemistry, bioinformatics, plant and animal sciences, environmental biology, agricultural sciences, food and nutritional biology, medical and health sciences, and ecological sustainability.

The average time from submission to first decision is 4-6 weeks, and the average time from acceptance to publication is 2-3 weeks.

JBIR is a fully open-access journal. All articles are immediately available to read, download, and share upon publication. The journal operates under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License, allowing for maximum dissemination and use of published research.
