Submission Requirements
Authors are required to register or log in to submit through the journal’s online system.
Submission Preparation Checklist
Before submitting a manuscript to the Journal of Biological Interdisciplinary Research (JBIR), authors must ensure compliance with the following requirements. Submissions that do not meet these criteria may be returned for revision:
- The manuscript is original, has not been previously published, and is not under consideration by another journal. (Any exceptions must be clearly explained in the Comments to the Editor section.)
- The submission file is prepared in Microsoft Word, OpenOffice, or RTF format.
- Where applicable, URLs or DOIs have been provided for references.
- The text is formatted as follows: single-spaced, 12-point font, italics used instead of underlining (except in URLs), and all figures, tables, and illustrations inserted within the text at relevant points rather than placed at the end.
- The manuscript follows the formatting and citation style outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Articles
All research articles, review papers, and short communications submitted to JBIR are subject to rigorous peer review in accordance with the journal’s editorial policies.
