Submission System

All new manuscripts must be submitted through the OJS submission system by creating an account on the journal's website. In case of any technical difficulties, authors may contact the editorial office via email or WhatsApp for assistance.

Include Cover Letter

Attach a cover letter with required declarations

Cover Letter Requirements

Each submission must be accompanied by a cover letter stating that the manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration elsewhere, except in abstract form.

Cover Letter Must Include:

  • Statement of originality and non-duplication
  • Specific contributions of each author
  • Disclosure of any conflicts of interest
  • Funding sources where applicable
  • Full postal address and email of the corresponding author
  • Copies of documents granting permission to reproduce published material
  • Consent for the use of identifiable images or subjects, if relevant

Article Types & Requirements

The journal accepts different types of articles with specific requirements for each category:

Review Article

Word Limit:
4,000 words (excluding title page, abstract, and references)
Abstract:
Unstructured, up to 150 words
Tables/Figures:
No more than 5
References:
Maximum 35

Original Research

Word Limit:
3,000 words (excluding title page, abstract, and references)
Abstract:
Structured, up to 250 words
Tables/Figures:
No more than 3
References:
Maximum 25

Short/Student Reports

Word Limit:
1,250 words (excluding title page, abstract, and references)
Abstract:
Unstructured, up to 150 words
Tables/Figures:
No more than 2
References:
Maximum 10
Authors:
Maximum 6

Letters to the Editor

Word Limit:
250 words (recent article) or 400 words (other)
References:
Maximum 5
Tables/Figures:
Maximum 1
Authors:

Timeline:
Within 4 weeks of referenced article publication

  • All manuscripts undergo rigorous peer review
  • Authors are responsible for obtaining permissions for reproduced material
